Ingredients ( 4 servings )

– 500 g shrimp, peeled (except tail)
– 10 g lemon juice
– 30 peeled pistachios
– 3 cloves garlic
– 1 onion
– 1 level tsp ground sweet pepper
– tsp. short tasting pink berries
– 20 g sugar

– 1 juicy clementine
– pepper
– 30 g sesame oil
– 70 g full cream liquid


1- Shell the shrimp, keeping the tip of the tail intact. Place them in a salad bowl, add the lemon juice and leave to marinate.

2- Meanwhile, put the pistachios, garlic, onion, pink berries, and chop 10s vit 6, scraping the edges of the bowl from time to time.
Add the chilli pepper, sugar, and 20g of oil, and fry for 5min 100C vit 1.
Add the clementine juice, cream, pepper, and fry for 2min 100C vit 1.

3- Let the sauce cool down, then mix it with the shrimps in the salad bowl and let it marinate 10 to 30 min.
4- Heat the rest of the oil in a wok, and sauté the shrimps for a few minutes, until they are golden brown and the sauce thickens and caramelizes slightly.
Serve immediately.
