Grilled Prawns with Ginger and Garlic {chinese}




.shrimps or langoustines

.lemon juice

The sauce :

.20 cl sunflower oil

.2 cm grated ginger .4 cloves of garlic

.2 shallots

.3 tablespoon(s) of chopped parsley

.3 tablespoon(s) chopped spring onion(s)

.1 pinch of sugar

.1 pinch of salt

.1 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar


1- In a dish, mix 2 cm of grated ginger, 4 cloves of garlic peeled, degermed, and chopped, 2 shallots, 3 tbsp. chopped parsley, 3 tbsp. chopped spring onion, 1 pinch of sugar, 1 pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp. rice vinegar.

2- Heat 20 cl of sunflower oil.

3- When the oil is hot, pour it over the mixture.

4- Grill or fry shrimps or langoustines cut in half lengthwise, coat them with the sauce and sprinkle them with a little lemon juice.
