I love cheesecake!



Yuuumm, on the Internet circulate again and again quite great cheesecake recipes and one that I have already tried, and was just insanely delicious, I want to show you today.


This is at the top of my to-do baking list, even before the elaborate macarons, which I would also like to make. This combination with the moist chocolate base and the quarky cream cheese topping scented with a bit of vanilla, a dream.

Ingredients (springform pan 23 cm):


120 g butter (plus a little more for greasing)

100 g flour (plus a little more for dusting)

120 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces

200 g sugar

2 eggs

60 ml milk


500 g cream cheese

150 g sugar

3 eggs

1 sachet vanilla sugar

125 natural yogurt

Preparation:


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a springform pan (23 cm) and dust with flour.


Melt the butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Stir in eggs and milk with a hand mixer. Sift the flour over the top and fold in. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven while preparing the cheesecake layer. Reduce the top heat to 160 degrees.

For the cheesecake batter, mix the cream cheese with sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar until well blended. Mix in the yogurt, then spread the cream on the brownie base. Bake for another 50-55 minutes until the cheese mixture is firm. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Using a knife, loosen the cake from the edge of the pan and remove from the pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or even better overnight, then cut into pieces.
